Log In with Admin or Host Access To log into the Bambuser app, you must have admin or host access in the dashboard. Once you have that access, enter your email and request a magic link. Open the email, refresh, click the magic link, and you'll be taken to the app. Always ensure you use the latest magic link, as old ones expire when new ones are issued.
Scheduled Shows To see your shows in the app, you need to have been assigned to the dashboard. Scheduled shows have specific dates and times, while upcoming shows don't. However, you can begin a broadcast from either. Verify the title and start time, and make sure everything is correct.
Network Test It's essential to run a network test before streaming. Click on the call to action (CTA) to conduct the test. The app will automatically check and verify if the connection is stable.
Product Verification Select products and ensure the added products are correct. You can edit or delete products, but adding new ones must be done in the dashboard.
