Create a New Connection Begin by creating a new connection that will facilitate data transfer between Planfix and Google Sheets.
Select "Planfix Data Source" Within the connection setup, choose "Planfix Data Source" as the system you want to connect to.
Choose "Load tasks, new" Select the action "Load tasks, new" to specify what data you want to transfer from Planfix.
Connect Your Planfix Account To establish the connection, you'll need to provide your Planfix account information. This includes your account name, the address for API requests, API key, and authorization token. You can find these details in your Planfix personal account.
Set Up API Access Head to the "Account Management" section in Planfix and access the API settings. Here, you'll obtain the API address, API key, and the authorization token. Ensure that you have an XML API.
Paste API Details into ApiX-Drive Copy the API address and API key from Planfix and paste them into the appropriate fields in the ApiX-Drive system. If you haven't created an authorization token yet, you can do so from this interface.
Complete Account Connection After filling in all the required fields, click "Save." Your Planfix account is now connected to ApiX-Drive.
Set Up Data Filter You have the option to set up a data filter, but it's not necessary in this case. You can proceed by clicking "Continue."
Review Planfix Data At this point, you'll see an example of one of your tasks from Planfix. If everything looks good, click "Next" to successfully set up Planfix as a "Data Source."

Test the Configuration To verify the correctness of your settings, click "Submit test data to Google Sheets." Check the result in Google Sheets to ensure everything is working as expected.
Turn on Auto-Updates Finally, enable auto-updates and select the communication interval. You can set it to update at your preferred frequency, such as once every five minutes.
