Security officials often manage multiple organizations, and it's crucial for them to remain active. To maintain their active status, they need to log in to each organization every 90 days. If you are unsure how to identify and reactivate your inactive accounts, this tutorial will provide a step-by-step guide.

Security officials with multiple organizations must log into each organization every 90 days to stay active.
To view your inactive accounts, go to your name on the top right-hand corner of the page and select "My Profile."
In "My Profile," you will see a list of all the organizations you are a security official for.
Scroll through the list to identify the accounts that are inactive.
To activate the accounts, click on the "Change Organization" button.
Select the facility that is inactive from the drop-down options.
Once you've changed the organization name, select the blue "Change Organization" button to the right.
Please note that the account will not be immediately activated, and you will see the status change the following day.
You will need to repeat this process for each account that is inactive.
