Start by creating a henna pack with 120gm of henna powder and 2 tbsp of Indian gooseberry powder (amla powder). Mix these ingredients thoroughly.
Prepare beetroot juice by grinding 250gm of beetroot into a paste and straining the juice. Beetroot juice adds the maroon, reddish, or burgundy hue to your hair, along with shine and hair fall prevention.
Combine the beetroot juice with the henna powder mixture to create a paste. It's crucial not to use water but only beetroot juice in this process. Adjust the amount of henna and beetroot according to your hair's length.
Leave the henna paste overnight to allow it to set. By morning, it will have a pleasant aroma.
Optionally, add one egg to the paste. Eggs provide shine and are rich in hair-boosting proteins, leaving your hair silky, soft, and smooth.
Apply the henna pack evenly to your hair, ensuring complete coverage from the roots to the tips. Priya demonstrates this step in her video.
